Geechie Growth Collection Shipping Policy

Every order will now be shipped. However, if you are a client, and have an appointment within a week of ordering your products, you may opt to pick your order up. You can also purchase what is available during your appointment.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email (Please check your spam inbox). Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive another email with your tracking number. All orders are shipped with USPS. I am NOT held liable for misplaced packages once they have been shipped. I will do everything in my power to help locate the order. In the event an order is lost by USPS, please make a claim with them first, and I will work from our end to speed the process up as well.

Please ensure that you have input your correct physical and email address. If your order is returned to me, there YOU will be charged a $30 re-shipment fee (This will cover the fee I will pay to have the order sent back to me, as my return address is a business mailbox AND the postage for the new shipment). Your order will not be reshipped until I have received the original order and the $30 payment.

If an order arrives and it is damaged (must be evident that the damage was caused by USPS or another shipping carrier), please send an email to info@thebraidfairy.com, with pictures of the damage and the date your order was delivered/picked up).

All orders, under normal circumstances, will be shipped in 2-3 days once received by USPS.
